GST Admission B Unit Exam Tomorrow (April 3, 2026) — Everything Humanities Students Need to Know
The GST (General, Science & Technology) cluster admission test for B Unit — Humanities — is scheduled for tomorrow, April 3, 2026 (Friday). If you are one of the thousands of students registered under the Humanities group, this is your final check before exam day.
This year, a total of 2,73,554 students applied across all three units of the GST admission system, which covers 20 public universities in Bangladesh. The B Unit specifically caters to Humanities students who passed HSC in 2024 or 2025.
Exam Schedule and Format
The B Unit exam will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, April 3, 2026. The format is the same across all units:
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Format: 100-mark MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Pass mark: Minimum 30 out of 100
- Reporting time: Arrive at your exam centre at least 30 minutes before 11:00 AM
Entry to the exam hall will not be allowed after the exam begins. Do not be late.
What to Bring on Exam Day
- Printed admit card (two colour copies on A4 offset paper — both are mandatory)
- Valid photo ID (NID card, HSC registration card, or birth certificate)
Digital copies on your phone will not be accepted. Print everything before you leave home.

What Happens After the Exam?
Based on the pattern from the C Unit exam (held March 27), results are expected within about 72 hours of the exam. That puts the B Unit result around April 6, 2026.
After results are published:
- Subject Choice Application — Pass students submit university and subject preferences through gstadmission.ac.bd
- 1st Merit List & Seat Allocation — Based on your MCQ score and preference order
- Migration Rounds — 2nd and 3rd merit lists if seats open up in higher-preference choices
- Document Verification — Original SSC/HSC certificates, mark sheets, admit card, NID/birth certificate, photos
- Fee Payment & Final Enrollment — At your allocated university
A Unit Exam — Coming April 10
Science students — your A Unit exam is on April 10, 2026 (Friday), also from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Architecture applicants will sit a separate drawing test from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM on the same day.
