- Experience: 15–20 years in senior leadership roles within professional institutions, regulatory bodies, or large organizations
- Reporting To: ICAB Council and/or the President
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Council decisions into actionable operational and institutional plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Chartered Accountants Order 1973
- Provide strategic advice on policy, regulatory, and public interest matters
- Oversee all Directorates/Divisions and Unit Heads
- Promote cost optimization and propose new revenue streams
- Represent ICAB with government, regulators, and key stakeholders
